ASCCC OERI – Seeking Faculty for OER Work

ASCCC OERI’s application process is always open. If you are interested in OER work, we want to hear from you. The applications we receive are one metric that we use to assess discipline interest in OER. Please scroll to the bottom of the page more for information.

ASCCC OERI – Seeking Discipline Leads

The ASCCC OERI is recruiting faculty to support our OER advocacy efforts by serving as Discipline Leads for the spring 2024 term and the 2024 – 2025 academic year. The specific tasks of each Discipline Lead will be determined by the status of the discipline. All Discipline Leads will serve as a resource for their discipline colleagues and will typically host at least one virtual event each term. Discipline Leads receive a stipend of $500 at the end of each term upon completion of their specified tasks. Please direct any questions about the Discipline Lead role to the general ASCCC OERI email.

Discipline Leads may also be engaged to accomplish specific tasks during a time frame that is less than a term.

Faculty in all disciplines are encouraged to submit an application. The ASCCC OERI is currently seeking a Discipline Lead for each of the following disciplines:
