For many disciplines, publishers provide homework systems that may make faculty hesitant to move to OER. Supporting the development of a homework system is costly and time-consuming, so OERI has focused its efforts on finding openly licensed homework systems that offer resources that faculty can adopt and/or provide a platform for faculty to author or revise resources to meet their needs. OERI’s homework efforts have focused on My Open Math and H5P.
