California Education Code 78052 established the Zero-Textbook-Cost Degree Grant (ZTC) program and identified COOL4Ed as the referatory that colleges will use to share the resources developed with ZTC funding. In this conversation, we will explore how COOL4Ed currently works and what resources colleges are required to share, followed by a discussion on what types of resources would be useful and how those resources should be categorized to facilitate searchability.
