In the Project Leadership Webinar Series, resources and strategies for facilitating an Open Educational Resource (OER) project will be shared. Part 2 guides participants in laying the foundation for a successful OER project. Participants will learn how to assess their team’s readiness, complete key training, and conduct a resource audit to determine what exists and what’s needed. The module also introduces tools for deciding whether to curate, adapt, or create new content, with a focus on licensing, attribution, and accessibility.
