The deadline for responding to this request for proposals (RFP) is Wednesday, February 22, 2023, 5:00 pm. The anticipated timeline for RFP V is as follows:
RFP V Reviewers Needed
The ASCCC OERI is in the process of identifying potential reviewers for the proposals we anticipate receiving in response to the ASCCC OERI Request for Proposals (RFP) V. If you will not be involved in any of the proposals and would be interested in participating in the review process, please complete the ASCCC OERI – RFP V Reviewer Application. The ASCCC OERI RFP V Review will take place in late February or early March 2023, specific dates have not been determined. Please let us know if you have any questions about this opportunity. The review process will be conducted remotely and a stipend will be provided to participants.
Submission
All submissions are due on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Late applications will not be accepted and incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Registration will be required to submit an application. You can either create an account or use an existing account (i.e., Facebook, Google, or Twitter) to access the application. The OERI’s RFP process requires the formation of a collaborative team to develop OER. This team of faculty is led by an RFP Lead and supported by an OERI Project Facilitator. After identifying your team, developing your proposal, and obtaining funding, how do you manage the RFP Lead responsibilities? Developing a Comprehensive – and Realistic – Request for Proposals (RFP) Action Plan

The “Action Plan” is an important part of your proposal. What does a comprehensive plan look like – and how do you ensure that your plan is realistic? What is the OERI looking for in the Action Plan when reviewing proposals? Join us for an in-depth consideration of the Action Plan, with an emphasis on the importance of deadlines and deliverables as a critical component of a successful proposal and project. Questions are welcomed and encouraged.
