This session focuses on translating OER outcomes into data-driven, mission-centered narratives that resonate at the administrative level. Participants will explore strategies for presenting student success data, fiscal stewardship, equity impact, workforce alignment, and community return on investment in ways that secure long-term support and sustainability.
